Return and Refund Policy – RivaSonali

At RivaSonali, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below for instructions on how to return items and request refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item if:
✅ It is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
✅ The item is not final sale or custom-made.
2. How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email info@rivasonali.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and the item(s) you wish to return.
2️⃣ Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), along with instructions for returning the item.
3️⃣ Return Shipping: After receiving the RMA, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
4️⃣ Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with the order.
Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Final Sale items
❌ Custom-made or personalized items
❌ Opened or used beauty, hygiene, or personal care products (for health and safety reasons)
❌ Gift cards
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email us at info@rivasonali.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:
✅ Check your bank or credit card statement for the refund.
✅ Contact your payment provider, as it may take additional processing time.
